Kuwait plans major economic reform

Kuwait: The Kuwaiti governement intends to submit to the Parliament a set of reform measures aimed at restructuring the country's economy, including an activation of the taxation system to boost Kuwait's non-oil revenues. The government has specified a number of issues that will be discussed in the parliamentary session, in addition to discussing the State's budget.
